A new Joint Venture Company named “Nippon & McDonald Steel Industries Limited [NMSIL]’ has been formed under the agreement between McDonald Steel Building Products Limited [MSBPL] of Bangladesh and Nippon Steel & Sumikin Bussan Corporation [NSSB], Japan. MSBPL is the pioneer in pre-engineered steel building construction in Bangladesh, experienced in Pre-Fabricated Steel Buildings for more than two[2] decades, and established its production facility in 1998. On the other hand, NSSB is the core trading company of the Nippon Steel & Sumitomo Metal Corporation Group, one of the world’s leading steel manufacturers.
NMSIL, the Joint Venture Company, was formed to operate a processing center of FIat Products for manufacturing processed ‘Flat Products’ and to carry out the business of Trading, exporting, importing, and Supply of processed products, raw materials, and related merchandise of world-leading manufacturing company, in the region and beyond This partnership allows both companies to build on each other’s strengths in line with related business.
